Regulations for the sale and redemption of the voucher

I. General Provisions

This regulation sets out the rules for the sale, use, and return of vouchers (hereinafter "Voucher") offered by [company name] (hereinafter "Seller").

The Voucher is an instrument entitling the holder to purchase goods or services offered by the Seller, in accordance with the terms set out in these regulations.

By purchasing a Voucher, the Client accepts the provisions of these regulations.

II. Purchase of the Voucher

The Voucher can be purchased via the website www.oristudio.pl or in person at Ori Studio, located at ul. Mokotowska 52 in Warsaw (00-543).

The Voucher is available in physical form (gift card) or electronic form (PDF file, e-mail).

The value of the Voucher is determined by the Buyer, however, the Seller may offer Vouchers with pre-defined values.

Voucher prices are given in PLN and include VAT.

III. Terms of Voucher Use

The Voucher can only be redeemed at Ori Studio located at ul. Mokotowska 52 in Warsaw (00-543).

The Voucher may be used to purchase goods or services available in the Seller’s offer at the time of redemption.

The Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and is non-refundable after the purchase of goods/services.

The value of the Voucher may be used in full or in part. If the order exceeds the value of the Voucher, the Client is required to pay the difference.

The Voucher may be used once or twice, depending on its value, until the full amount assigned to the Voucher is used.

IV. Voucher Validity Period

The Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise in the description.

After the expiry date, the Voucher becomes invalid, and its value cannot be recovered or extended.

V. Returns and Complaints

The Client has the right to return the Voucher if it has not yet been redeemed, within 14 days from the date of purchase, without giving a reason, in accordance with consumer rights law.

A return is accepted once the Voucher is delivered to the Seller in an unused condition and accompanied by a proper withdrawal statement.

Complaints regarding the Voucher can be submitted via email to kontakt@oristudio.pl or in person at the physical location.

Complaints will be processed within 14 business days from the date of submission.

In the case of complaints related to damage or loss of the Voucher, the Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen Vouchers, unless the complaint concerns a Seller error.

VI. Liability

The Seller is not liable for the inability to redeem the Voucher due to improper use, loss, damage, theft, or other events beyond the Seller's control.

The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of Voucher redemption if the offer of goods or services changes; however, these changes will not affect Vouchers purchased before the change date.

VII. Personal Data Protection

The administrator of personal data related to the purchase and redemption of the Voucher is Ori Studio Laura Mielczarek-Rosik, based in Warsaw at ul. Mokotowska 52, (00-543), NIP 7011212577.

Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the Seller’s privacy policy.

The Client has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data, as well as to object to the processing of such data.

VIII. Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time. Such changes will not affect Vouchers already purchased prior to the changes.

The regulations take effect on 16.12.2024 and are available on the Seller’s website and at physical points of sale.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Voucher will be settled by the competent common court.
